What is the difference of Consumer Tablet pc and industry tablet.
Consumer tablet is Pursuing ultra-slim and light, but industry tablet are pursuing well build to suitable for industry use. Industry tablets are Designed for 24/7 continuously working, most of them are wall mounted, tabletop rather than portable and take to anywhere like iPad, or Samsung Galaxy Tabs.
there are 2 mainly OSD for consumer tablet pc, iPad using iOS, others like Samsung galaxy tab and other brand use Google, no matter what, people can only install the app from app store or google play store. Industry tablet mainly use Android AOSP rooted system, which support all of the APK from google play store or the third party developed. It also compatible with secondary development, which allows third party company to develop the software to apply the industry tablet in home automation, smart home control panel, hospitals, banks, even in restaurants for POS machine, which is the main reason for the demand of the industry tablet.
Some customer claim the product is not support PoE when they buy PoE version. REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
