How to use ARC function:
First, dial the ARC of the splitter to 0N and turn on the CEC function of the TV. Then connect the HDMI OUT of the splitter to the ARC port of the TV through an HDMI cable, and connect the AUX/SPDIF of the splitter to the power amplifier through the corresponding cable, where AUX only supports PCM format.
NOTE:
▲When you use ARC Function, please make sure the spdif port light is red on, that’s means the converter get signal. And the TV need support ARC.
▲When you open the ARC, then the TV remote will can’t control the volume, you can only adjust the volume on your speaker/sounder/home theater.
▲Please do not plug HD TV to HD-MI input of converter otherwise you could not get any signal.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
