1: How to upload video and picture?
Please use the usb line connect both screen and your computer(Windows/MAC both ok), after your computer showed the screen disk, than, please move your video into VIDEO file, picture into PIC file. Also support connect computer for power charging.
2: How long will be the video？
Our screen built in speaker, with internal 1GB memory for client to put their videos. So your video no more than 800MB will be ok to upload. And it will play in loop about 2-3hours after full charged.
3: Wholesale and Drop-shipping

4: Our Screen Not Support 1:1 format(picture and video)
5: All of our products not include the import tax. client need do this by themself after package arrive.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
