Step 2: Attach a tip to the water flosser. Press the pop-up knob to release and replace the tips
Step 3: Press the mode button to select clean, soft, or massage
Step 4: Hold your water flosser in an upright position with the tip pointed toward your teeth. Partially close your mouth, but keep it opened slightly so water can flow out.
Step 5: Press the “On” button for the water jet to start. Make sure the tip is inside your mouth and pointed toward your teeth before you turn the water flosser on.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
