The driver is not recognized by the computer or the CD&DVD cannot be played normally?
1: Before using an external drive, make sure your computer has a "media player". If there is no "media player", it is recommended to use it after installation. (VLC media player or other player software.)
2: Setting area code according to different regions, you should set region code to #1 to play USA discs.
3: If you find that the external CD/DVD drive is a little slow to boot, please wait 3-5 seconds.
4: If your computer does not have enough power to support the external drive, you can charge the drive with the configured power cable to make sure it has enough power.
5: If you are using a desktop computer, connect the device to the USB port on the motherboard for normal use.
6: Windows 10 system recommends installing VLC media player to play DVD.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
