The RAC-J800B has 3x24mm buttons and 1x30mm button on the left side of the controller, instead of the traditional analog joystick, with 8x24mm buttons for the action buttons on the right side of the controller.

We have 2 kinds of buttons, one is the original Sanwa OBSF-24 and OBSF-30 buttons, and the other is the Chinese high quality brand BAOLIAN buttons.
About Customation
You need to prepare a picture (the resolution is as high as possible), the picture ratio is 35:20, there is also a PS template file here, you can use it to adjust your picture to avoid being blocked by the button. Of course, you can also send us a picture, and we will send you a preview after adding the button for confirmation. We will print the pictures on the panel, this is not modifiable, if you need replaceable pictures, you can choose our DIY version.
After placing an order, you can send the picture to us by email or message system.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
